Merger creates giant milk in the country
LBR Milk comes from the junction of Good Taste with gaucho Leitbom

After 90 trading days, the gaucho and Good Taste Leitbom today announced the merger of two companies, creating the LBR Dairy Brazil S / A. With the closing of new business, the sector sees the birth of a company with a turnover of U.S. $ 3 billion and annual funding of over 2 billion liters of milk, which positions itself as "the largest operation of private sector dairy plant in Brazil" , as announced this afternoon.

The CEO of LBR is Fernando Falco, Leitbom, being co-chair of the board in charge of Zanatta and Fersen Lambranho, co-president of GP Investments.

The new company has a portfolio of notable brands - Parmalat, Leitbom, Paulista, Pocos de Caldas, Glory, Good Cream, Good Taste, Leader, Cedrense, Da Matta, San Gabriel, Sarita, and corlaceai Ibituruna - and reach all regions the country.

In an interview with Zero Hora newspaper, Falco Zanatta and also confirmed plans to expand into foreign markets, among them Urugua (which will install a plant), Africa and Central America.
